Kombucha de Erva-Cidreira

Fresh and citrusy. Tastes especially good chilled, with ice.

Lemon balm gives this kombucha a citrusy freshness and a strong aroma that you can smell as soon as you open the bottle. It's one of our favorites in the warm months, but it tastes good all year round. It's best drunk very cold, straight from the fridge or with ice.

The flavor is light, refreshing, with the typical acidity of kombucha but without being too intense. The lemon balm we use is a traditional Portuguese herb.

Unpasteurized, unfiltered.
